What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
* Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Acting as a Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining strong partnerships with families.
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure every child feels supported and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s energetic, compassionate, and committed to early education.
* A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with children aged 0–5.
* A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
