Swansea Bay University Health Board's Digital Transformation department is seeking to recruit a Project Officer.
Main duties of the job
Successful candidates will support the delivery and governance of a wide portfolio of projects and programmes.
In a busy Transformation management team, you will work with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Product Specialists and the Business Change and Benefits team and will have responsibility for providing a critical project office function to enable well-controlled, successful implementations and benefits realisation of a number of high profile national and local projects.

Qualifications & Knowledge
Essential criteria
1. Good level of educational attainment to degree level or equivalent experience.
2. PRINCE2 training (formal or informal, or willingness to work towards achievement).
3. Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects e.g. PRINCE2.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to and master new software.
5. IQT Bronze.
Desirable criteria
6. Further development – diploma or equivalent experience in a project or administration role.
7. PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate
8. IQT Silver.
Experience

9. Experience of administering projects
10. Experience of providing administrative support to a team.
11. Experience of taking and transcribing formal minutes
Desirable criteria
12. Experience and understanding of change management, information management and healthcare technology.
13. Experience of monitoring financial information Knowledge of NHS procurement processes.
