The Role
You’ll be part of a specialist team responsible for electronics assembly and through-hole soldering, working to high-quality standards across a range of products.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Precision hand soldering (through-hole components)
* PCB assembly and component placement
* Preparing kits and materials for production
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
* Monitoring your own work to ensure high quality and consistency
* Supporting inspection and general production tasks
* Using internal systems to track and process work
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in electronics assembly, PCB work, or soldering
* Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
* Comfortable working with small, delicate components
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow processes
* A quality-focused, reliable approach to work
* A practical soldering test will be part of the interview process
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* Up to £25,500 (depending on experience)
* 37-hour working week
* Mon–Thurs: 07:30‑16:00
Fri: 07:30‑12:30 (early finish)
* 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays
* Pension scheme (employer contributions)
