We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work on temporary assignments in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The role will support our HR team and recruit for clients.
Role Overview
The position is initially temporary, starting ASAP for a couple of months.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the HR Team
* Administration of the ATS system
* Liaising with Recruiting Managers
* Screening applications
* Arranging interviews
* Onboarding new recruits
* Assisting with any other HR admin duties as required to support a small busy HR team
Qualifications
* Previous recruitment experience
* Exceptional communication and administration skills
* Ability to use own initiative and make decisions

Approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
