Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver insightful, creative, and innovative data analysis to support marketing campaigns
* Work closely with campaign managers to enable data-informed decisions in real time
* Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support the Head of Product with the ongoing development and improvement of in-house tools
* Contribute to continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness through smart data usage
* Maintain a positive and proactive approach to all tasks, with a strong desire to succeed
Key Skills & Experience:
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and VBA
* Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
* Comfortable using MySQL and understanding relational databases
* Familiarity with tools like VWO and Hotjar for behavioural data tracking
* Understanding of CRM platforms and Google AdWords
* Experience in building and maintaining SSRS reports
* Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous
