Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Northampton Area – Van Mobile - £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you interested in working on data centre contracts? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This role is suitable for an Air Conditioning Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000, with potential for overtime earnings.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Main duties include work on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
* Pressure leak testing
* Compressor replacements
* Brazing
* Electrical knowledge is beneficial
* Extensive building services knowledge
Hours of Work & Package
* Salary up to £43,000
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Van and Fuel Card provided
* Tablet and Work Phone provided
* Full company uniform
* Private use of van
* Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
* Overtime opportunities
Requirements
* AC qualification - City & Guilds Level 2
* F-Gas qualification (Essential)
* Electrical knowledge (preferred)
* Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled with good communication skills
* Client-facing attitude
