Contract: Project Administrator Pro Rata Salary: £36,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Contract Project Coordinator/ Administrator with experience in engineering project environments? Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator on a contract basis for a leading engineering services business just outside of Edinburgh.
As a Project Coordinator/ Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in helping Project Managers and Engineers coordinate every aspect of the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to equipment mobilisation and progress reporting.
Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
Coordinate documentation and shipping requirements for ongoing projects
Help manage project costs, invoicing, and progress monitoring
Represent projects on-site to ensure quality and timeline adherence
Maintain documentation control per company and regulatory standards
Proven experience in an engineering project environment
