About the Role As a Psychology Graduate, you’ll start by supporting pupils as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with individuals and small groups to remove barriers to learning and boost student wellbeing. You’ll then progress with training into a Cover Supervisor role—delivering lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting learners when teachers are unavailable. Promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing in class. Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities. Step into a Cover Supervisor role once trained, delivering pre-set lessons. Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learner needs, including SEN and SEMH.
