This role partners directly with the Technology function, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across a critical part of the business. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, influencing change, and driving performance in a complex, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with tech leadership teams to design and deliver a future-focused people strategy aligned to business priorities.
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, driving engagement, capability, and high performance.
* Lead and support change initiatives to enable transformation and continuous improvement.
* Build succession and talent plans, identifying key capabilities to support future growth.
* Collaborate with centres of expertise (COEs) and local HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
* Champion a culture of inclusion, learning, and innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
* Strong experience partnering with technology or tech-enabled business units.
* A commercial mindset and the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading transformation or organisational change programmes.
