Pay Range £35,000 Job Description Are you passionate about shaping the future of education recruitment? Reed Education is seeking a dynamic Candidate Manager to lead our candidate attraction strategy and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified teachers and academic staff for schools across the UK. What You’ll Do Develop strategic partnerships with UK universities, SCITT providers, and FE colleges to access trainee teachers and education professionals. Organise and attend university career fairs and recruitment events. Launch and manage innovative initiatives such as our Candidate Ambassador Program. Optimise job board performance and sourcing strategies to maximise ROI. Support and train the UK Resourcer team in best practices for candidate engagement, sourcing advert writing. Explore international recruitment opportunities and government initiatives. Enhance candidate referral schemes and streamline compliance and onboarding processes. What We’re Looking For Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Ability to analyse data and optimise sourcing channels. Knowledge of the education sector and teacher training pathways (highly desirable).
