Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and people‑focused leader to join our Group Protection Claims team. With a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience. As a Claims Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading high‑performing teams, delivering great customer outcomes and driving continuous improvement across our claims operation.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading and motivating Team Managers to deliver service, quality and performance outcomes
* Coaching and developing teams to build capability and drive engagement
* Delivering excellent customer outcomes through proactive claims management
* Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, underwriting, finance and planning
* Driving performance through insight, analysis and action planning
* Improving processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Ensuring consistency of service, quality and risk management across teams
* Supporting the delivery of regulatory, compliance and data protection requirements
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience leading teams in a claims or operational environment
* Strong people leadership skills with a passion for developing others
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
* Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering great outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Good understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
* Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement
* Knowledge of Group Protection products or similar would be beneficial
