The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive schools across Oldham. In this role, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, and more)
2. Adapt your approach to meet individual needs and help students overcome barriers
3. Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and school staff
4. Promote inclusion and create a nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For
5. Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
6. A proactive, empathetic, and positive attitude
