Shift Details
* Initial hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
* Future shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 06:00 – 18:00
* Pay rate: £12.21 rising to £12.27 after 2 successful weeks training / £13.68 rising to £13.75 after 2 successful weeks training (PAYE / PAYE AUTO)
* £12.56 per hour after 12 weeks
* Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
* Placing wet mats into aluminium trays
* Accurately seeding mats
* Trimming and sizing products to customer specifications
* Manual weighing and bulk packing of produce
* Packing finished goods ready for distribution
* Preparing production lines for daily operations
* Carrying out hygiene duties including cleaning, mopping, and general tidying
