Job Purpose
To ensure projects are delivered successfully, customer relationships are enhanced, project teams are supported, and business priorities are achieved.
Key Requirements
Essential
• Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable
• Experience with risk and opportunity management.
• Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC and lift appointed person).
