The successful applicant will be joining them as 'Finance Assistant' and will be a crucial addition to the finance team supporting with: Invoicing, Payroll, monthly reporting and bank management
Salary: £30K - £33.5K + Bonus & Benefits
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Hours: Mon-Fri (9-5) - Office based
Finance Assistant duties include:
Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Generate and collate key information in order to generate monthly invoices
Manage invoicing queries
Input and record payroll information
Generate monthly and quarterly analysis reports
Bank account management
Ad-hoc data analysis
Skills and experience required:
General bookkeeping knowledge and payroll
Strong attention to detail
Bank account management / payments experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Good excel knowledge
