You’ll not only be contributing towards success of the business, but you’ll also be making a genuine impact on nature and ecological sustainability!\n\nThis business is on a mission to transform how developers manage their responsibility to biodiversity net gain policy, by building the technology that empowers great causes.\n\nThe CDME position will play a key role within the Sales & Marketing department, delivering outreach, education, customer engagement and new marketing qualified leads.
Working alongside an experienced Leadership team, you can expect significant career development opportunities, as the business continues to scale.\n\nHow you’ll contribute\n\n * Engaging with UK Developers, Local Planning Authorities, Landowners and Agents to promote their market-leading SaaS technology and land development services\n\n * Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness\n\n * Craft compelling content, tailored to a variety of industries, focusing on value-driven messaging\n\n * Manage brand messaging and visuals across email marketing, social media, and the company website\n\n * Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to enhance future strategies\n\n * Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore innovative ways to elevate engagement\n\n * Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with analysing results from campaigns.\n\n * Keeping up to date with industry knowledge by identifying opportunities to learn; reading the latest industry blogs, building and maintaining your network and the opportunity to attend some industry events and roadshows\n\n * Keeping up to date with latest competitor trends and product knowledge\n\n * Providing feedback to the Product team and escalating when needed\n\n * Develop strong relationships with the wider commercial teams including Sales and Development to ensure all opportunities identified are maximised\n\n * Diligently maintain internal platforms including Pipedrive, Mailchimp and others\n\n * Bringing enthusiasm, energy and motivation to an ambitious and collaborative team\n\nRequirements\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nDegree in Marketing, or similar\n\n6 months+ digital marketing experience with a strong creative and campaign-focused mindset\n\nExperience in writing clear, concise and informative content across multiple channels\n\nFamiliarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools\n\nExceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams\n\nA proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\n\nGenuine desire to work with the sustainability sector to help our clients achieve their goals\n\nExcellent teamwork with peers, establishing an overall collaborative working relationship\n\nGood time management and organisational skills\n\nEast Midlands based, able to drive with a full UK driving licence\n\nBonus Skills (Ideal but not essential)\n\nAn interest in the Environment, Sustainability and Conservation\n\nAny prior experience in the Land, Planning, Development or Housing sectors, is beneficial\n\nPipedrive CRM and Mailchimp experience\n\nProficiency in Google Analytics & Google Console\n\nCompetency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Stock) or Canva\n\nAn ‘always be learning’ mentality, coachable and driven by continuous learning and development\n\nWhat you’ll get\n\nA salary of £25k - £30k per annum (dependent on experience)\n\nFlexible hours and an opportunity to work from home\n\nOne paid day to fundraise for a charity of your choice\n\nHoliday allowance: 25 days holiday and bank holidays (33 in total).
