What Will You Be Doing?
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office functions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering general administrative support to the wider team
* Raising purchase order numbers and processing purchase requisitions
* Documenting the receipt of goods using the Goods Received Note (GRN) process
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to internal systems
* Supporting internal teams with data entry and document management
* Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies
* Contributing to the efficiency of workflows by completing additional office tasks as required
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a reliable and organised individual who thrives in a structured environment. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Familiarity with purchase orders or GRN processes (advantageous but not essential)
