The Role
We're looking for experienced Sales Executives from any sales background to join our ambitious team. You don't need prior knowledge of the energy industry — full training will be provided. What matters most is your proven ability to sell, build relationships, and hit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
* Negotiate terms and close sales confidently
* Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Keep accurate records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C) with a track record of hitting targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with resilience and determination
* Ability to quickly learn new products and services
* Team player with a positive and professional attitude
