Part-Time HR Business Advisor required for approximately 6 months to cover a maternity leave (20 hours per week, based in Newtownards) Duties will include: and support on a range of employee relations issues. Assist with recruitment and selection, to include the management of international recruitment and social mediums platforms. Assist with the management of short and long-term absenteeism. Produce HR analytical reports as required. Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives Essential Criteria: At least one years experience in a HR practitioner role. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and IT skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. CIPD qualification or actively working towards achieving it. Access to a car and full driving license and car insurance in connection with business use.
