We have an excellent and flexible opportunity for a Medical Secretary to join us on a bank basis. Our experienced and established secretarial team are at the heart of every patients’ journey here at The Horder Centre, committed to providing 5*service to both our valued patients and employees.
Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a bank / zero-hours contract, providing key support to our accredited specialists within an outstanding CQC rated hospital.
About you:
1. Prior experience as a Medical Secretary is essential, as you will be dipping your toes in and out whilst supporting the team on a flexible basis.
2. Strong audio typist.
3. Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues.
4. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
5. A working ethic aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride.
6. IT savvy! We use a varied range of IT software.
