Roles/Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with distributors and merchants across the UK and Ireland
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with an anticipated 6–12 month ramp-up period
Navigate early-stage supply chain challenges, leveraging pricing advantages to gain traction
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive positioning
Qualifications
Proven track record in field-based B2B sales with full-cycle sales experience
Background in packaging, construction products, landscaping, or technical textiles preferred
Strong self-motivation and resilience with a target-driven mindset
Skilled at selling to distributors and merchant networks
Comfortable operating autonomously in an early-growth market
