Salary: £35-£45k P.A. depending on experience.
NAFEMS is seeking an experienced, self-motivated marketing manager to join our team. You'll be our growth engine - managing our funnel and leadgen strategy, using all of your experience to increase and maintain the flow of MQLs to our sales team, creating and working with the marketing strategy to increase revenue, and working with our CRM (Salesforce) on building dashboards and flows.
You're an experienced marketer, happy to work autonomously to targets and timescales, able to report on your activities and create and manage leadgen frameworks, marketing funnels and campaigns, support events teams and product managers with their marketing requirements, and work effectively as part of the general marketing team.
This is a role for someone who can confidently demonstrate ROI time and time again, and can wear many hats depending on the situtation.
You're a "do-er" - the type of person who takes a brief and runs with it, and isn't phased by pulling together full-scale campaigns from a one-line brief. You're able to create real strategy and demonstrate real marketing leadership, then get on and do the hard work.
Y ou'll get the chance to work internationally with a small global team, with opportunities to travel.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be part of a small, agile team and be comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement with an internationally spread non-profit organisation.

* 6+ years of experience in a marketing role
