Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:Take the lead in performance managing our outsourced Estates Management service provider (CBRE)*Manage our outsourced catering services provider, SodexoOrganise, manage and monitor the overall Health and Safety function on behalf of the Hospital DirectorLead the portering and car park teamTake the lead in maintaining the Hospital's risk registerProvide a site presence (supported by the Senior Leadership Team)

8. A NEBOSH qualification or similar
9. To be educated to degree level or equivalent
10. Experience of managing people
11. An ability to develop strong relationships with a multi disciplinary staff group
12. To be able to work through personal influence
13. To be diligent on prioritising and completing key tasks under your remit

Person Specification


Qualifications

* A NEBOSH qualification or similar
* To be educated to degree level or equivalent.


Experience

* Experience of managing outsourced contracts.
