The Opportunity
We are looking for a Graduate Customer Success Executive to join our expanding team at our Reading head office. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in data, software, and consultancy, working directly with major global brands and helping them unlock the full value of Brand Nudge’s market intelligence solutions.
You will support the wider Customer Success Team in delivering exceptional service, insights, and outcomes for our clients, while also managing a portfolio of your own dedicated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Customer Success Team in day-to-day client relationship management.
* Deliver high-quality data insights and actionable recommendations to customers.
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable value.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to resolve client issues and enhance platform experience.
* Prepare and deliver customer reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements
* Strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent).
* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and analytical ability with data.
* Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
* A passion for helping customers achieve results and a desire to build a long-term career in Customer Success, SaaS, or consultancy.
