The Role:
As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds.
* Provide expert advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism.
* Work collaboratively with the Head of Residential Property, contributing to the team's ongoing success and growth.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
About You:
* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independently.
