Director of Learning & Development - Professional Membership Organisation (Healthcare) - £65k to £70k – 6 Month / Interim – SE London – Hybrid A multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, who set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, through courses, events and membership support, is looking for an Interim Director of Learning & Development. The role is a substantive position to the organisational structure but is offered on an interim basis whilst consideration is given to the leadership model of this crucial and growing portfolio of the organisation. As such, the interim Director will work closely with the CEO. Responsible for leading the education and training initiatives, qualifications and professional development programmes, including events and courses. The role will lead the Education and Training department and oversee the comprehensive design, development, and delivery of qualifications, continuing professional development and educational events.
