Events & Marketing Coordinator - Matrix Pro Sims
This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies in the defence space. We are seeking an early to mid-career stage Events & Marketing Coordinator to assist the team in getting the most out of in-person events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Defence event coordination – Ensure that our team’s event attendance and in-person product demonstrations are fully coordinated, resourced, and supported.
o Calendar management
o Managing stand staffing
o Planning meetings with clients
o Coordinating presentation materials
o Liaising with stand build team and suppliers to ensure the company’s vision is delivered.
o Travel planning & arranging any access permission required
o Manning the stand & ultimately learning how to demo the products
* Social Media Management: Curate and post professional standard content across social platforms to maintain engagement and highlight product releases & updates.
* Managing inventory of marketing materials to support events
* Skills & Experience
o A junior candidate would have up to 2 years experience in a similar field and an experienced candidate would have 2-5+ years experience in event coordination.
o Interested in, and enthusiastic about, the defence sector; especially modelling, simulation, & wargaming.
o Willing, and enthusiastic, to develop at least a basic proficiency in the use of our defence software products.
o Consistent willingness to learn and develop skills.
o Organised.
o Able to take the initiative, take ownership, and actively coordinate with the rest of the team, while being receptive to guidance.
o Good oral and written communicator
o Outgoing and willing to talk with anyone
o Basic proficiency (or at least familiarity) with digital marketing asset creation (art, video, etc)
o Positive energy
o Driver’s License
Details
* Full-time, ideally based in our South-West London(Epsom) office, but remote work possible provided the candidate is able to travel to the office whenever required.

* Competitive salary based on experience
o Junior: £30,000 - £35,000
o Experienced £35,000 - £45,000
