Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Windsor (High Street Firm, Hybrid Working)
The Firm
Our client is a respected high-street law firm based in the heart of Windsor, known for its approachable style, supportive working environment and long-standing reputation for providing personal legal services to individuals and families across the region.
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and well-regarded Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is an excellent chance to take on a varied caseload, work directly with clients and develop strong local relationships within a friendly, supportive practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills tailored to individual client needs
* Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Administering Probate and Estates from start to finish
* Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and Trusts
* Maintaining excellent client care and building long-term relationships
* Contributing to business development and the growth of the Private Client department
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client law (relevant training seat experience considered for NQ candidates)
* A genuine interest in Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
* Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on client care, especially for elderly and vulnerable clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
