Due to continued expansion, we require Vehicle Technicians
Basic Earnings £40,000 -OTE £45,000.00 PA + plus additional benefits
1. Joining Bonus £1000.00 on successful completion of probationary period
2. Focus on work life balance – Standard hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00, with alternate Saturdays - 8.30 to 12.30 at overtime rate of time/half

With two workshops at our Mallusk site servicing both our extensive hire fleet and providing fleet management to our retail customers.

The role of HGV Technician is important to us and the continued growth of the company. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing Commercial Vehicles to approved standards.
We would love to welcome you to our new Newtownabbey Workshop.
What do we expect of you?
The following responsibilities are core to the effective performance of all Technicians.
9. Accuracy of work is a priority in all responsibilities.
10. Ensure that the vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken of the vehicle whilst it is on the premises for repair or service.
11. Make use of Special Tools, Specialist Service and Diagnostic Equipment to improve workshop efficiency.
12. Ensure effective use of technical knowledge/skills enabling effective, economic and safe servicing of customer vehicles.

Criteria:
17. Relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications
18. Recent experience working with modern commercial vehicles.
19. A practical knowledge of diagnostic equipment/techniques
