Your new roleAs Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all planning, customer operations and production‑readiness activities at site level. You will oversee the teams handling customer order flow, master data, bill‑of‑materials accuracy, artwork preparation and factory scheduling. Your remit is to ensure that customer demand is interpreted correctly and converted into efficient, achievable production plans. You will work closely withmercial teams, manufacturing and technical functions to ensure information accuracy, alignment on priorities and strong operational discipline.
Key elements of the role include:
1. Managing customer operations and order‑handling processes
2. Setting standards for ERP data quality and overseeing item setup
3. Ensuring BOMs and routings are accurate and well‑maintained
4. Leading scheduling, capacity planning and the S&OP cycle
5. Translating forecasts into realistic production plans
6. Establishing KPIs to drive performance and visibility
7. Promoting lean working practices and leading process improvements
This role is central to the smooth running of the factory and carries significant influence across both operational andmercial teams.
What you’ll need to succeedWe’re looking for someone who canbine technical supply chain knowledge with confident leadership and a mindset focused on accuracy and improvement. You will bring:
8. At least five years’ experience in planning, supply chain or factory coordination within a manufacturing setting
9. Strong familiarity with ERP systems and master data processes
10. A track record of reliable production planning and scheduling
11. Excellent analytical skills with a structured, metric‑driven approach
12. Strongmunication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
13. Enthusiasm for modernising processes and embedding continuous improvement
