TEMP, North Manchester Based.
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour DOE + Hol Pay.
Immediate start, 3-6 month duration.
You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team responsible for processing daily orders from the UK, Europe, and the US. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure really matter.
Responsibilities
1. Processing daily orders onto the in‑house system
2. Importing order data
3. Handling order-related queries internally
4. Sending payment links using pre-written templates when needed
5. Supporting both the UK and Export departments depending on daily workflow
6. Booking shipments with carriers that are not fully integrated into the system
7. This includes preparing additional commercial documents
Essentials
8. Previous experience using D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is ESSENTIAL.
9. Someone who thrives in a busy environment, as there’s always something to do.
10. A quick thinker who can adapt, prioritise, and take initiative.
11. Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data.
