The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking Paint Sprayers to work at our client based in Ollerton, a leading manufacturers for the automotive industry. Please note - for this role, you must either drive, or live local to the site, due to no public transport available for the start and finish times of the shift Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray equipment to high-quality standards. Mix and match paint colours according to specifications. Ensure all work meets company and customer expectations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Carry out basic maintenance of spray equipment. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Working Hours and Pay Rate: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in paint spraying (automotive or industrial). Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to commute to Ollerton daily.
