Job Description

3. Assist with the preparation and processing of financial purchase invoices.
4. Raising and management of sales invoices
5. Allocating cash
6. Reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
7. Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets as required.
8. Handle queries related to financial transactions in a timely and professional manner.
9. Collaborate with the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines.
10. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
12. Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

13. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
14. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
15. An organised approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
18. The ability to work effectively within a team in the accounting and finance department.
