About the role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Year 3 Teacher at Claverdon Primary School, ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching journey.
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow and develop as a teacher. You’ll bring energy, commitment and a love of learning to the role and we will support you every step of the way. As an ECT, you’ll benefit from a strong induction programme, experienced mentors and a welcoming team who are dedicated to helping you succeed.
Our ideal candidate is reflective and open to feedback, keen to try new ideas and committed to continuous improvement. You’ll be organised and positive, with a clear passion for making learning enjoyable and accessible to all children. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who is kind, approachable and a good communicator.
