Job Purpose The Business Support Administrator provides professional and effective business support across the Group, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement of systems and processes. Accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration are key to delivering an exceptional experience for both internal teams and clients. Core Accountabilities Format, finalise, and deliver client reports with precision and timeliness. Provide reception and front-of-house support, including visitor management and courier arrangements. Organise meeting rooms, client visits, catering, and refreshments as required. Assist with various administrative tasks across departments to ensure smooth business operations. Actively contribute to improving processes and supporting wider team objectives. Key Person Requirements Qualifications Educated to at least GCSE level (or equivalent), including Maths and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software systems. Experience Experience in an administrative or business support environment is essential. Key Skills & Qualities Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail with a “right first time” approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident using business systems (Microsoft Office, CRM) training in any bespoke systems will be given. A collaborative team player who’s flexible and proactive. Professional, friendly, and approachable manner. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
