Shipping Team Administrator
* Annual Salary:£26,000 - £29,000pa

Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage client file opening and closing processes.
* Obtain and complete AML/UBO information.
* Run Creditsafe/AsiaVerify reports for UBOs and conflict reports.
* Manage the administrative inbox and electronic payments.
* Assist with billing, including producing and processing invoices, and sending them to clients.
* Handle diary management and keep Intapp up to date.
* Update the CE-filing spreadsheet and support with Lexcel reviews.
* Manage quarterly inactivity for the team and Chrome River expenses for partners & LDs.
* Perform general office duties such as printing, scanning, and meeting minutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong administration experience.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
* Strong attention to detail, high-level organisational skills, and reliability.
* Self-motivated with an ability to use own initiative and a desire to learn.
