Contracted hours: 0-hour contract (as and when needed). Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements (Hourly) rate of pay: £12.50. Responsibilities
* Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and that their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
* Organising and planning weekly activity programmes (within allocated budget) reflecting residents' preferences, and producing a written rota. Update activities boards around the home.
* Creating risk assessments for activities and consent forms for families/residents.
* Producing newsletters to inform residents and their relatives/friends about activities; liaising with the Marketing team in typing up activities and producing information for newsletters.
* Supporting residents to access the internet and other communication methods such as letter writing, Skype and FaceTime.
