We're looking for a Community Recovery Worker to join our Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST), supporting individuals and their families in hospital and community settings as they take steps toward recovery from alcohol use.
Location: Keighley/Bradford | Salary: £22,032 (equivalent to £14.13 per hour) | Hours: 30 per week (with one weekend every 4–6 weeks) | 9.30am start

What You'll Be Doing
* Offering one-to-one support to people affected by alcohol use.
* Helping individuals improve their health, wellbeing, and social situation – from housing and benefits to community connections.
* Signposting people and families to the right recovery services.
* Working collaboratively in hospitals (Bradford Royal Infirmary or Airedale General Hospital) and the wider community.
What We're Looking For
* Experience (professional, voluntary, or lived) of supporting people with drug/alcohol issues.
* A genuine belief that people can and do change.
* Strong organisational and people skills - you'll be managing a varied caseload and building trust with the people who use our services.
* Commitment to equity, diversity, and belonging.
