Calling All Graduates – Kickstart Your Teaching Career with Milk Education!
Are you graduating in 2025 or have recently completed your degree and are thinking about a future in teaching — but not sure where to start?
Would you love to gain hands-on classroom experience before committing to a teacher training course?
Are you passionate about working with young people and making a real difference in their education and future?
If so, Milk Education has exciting opportunities available for you starting immediately and continuing into the 2025/26 academic year.
We’re working with a network of supportive schools across the North East who are looking for enthusiastic and committed Graduate Cover Supervisors and Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are perfect stepping stones for those who are considering a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training pathways in the near future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students through tailored 1:1 or small group intervention sessions.
Helping pupils meet academic targets and make measurable progress.
Assisting teachers in the classroom and working with individuals who need extra guidance.
Covering lessons in the absence of teachers – gaining valuable classroom management experience.
Offering both academic and pastoral support to help students thrive.
This experience will not only give you an insider’s view of school life, but it will also strengthen your future teacher training applications.
