What You'll Be Doing
* Empowering individuals to live the life they choose
* Supporting service users with daily living skills and promoting independence
* Encouraging social inclusion through accessing the community, meaningful activities, and friendships
* Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation where required
* Contributing to, developing, and implementing personalised care plans
* Building strong, professional relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* Maintaining health and well-being, following PBS strategies when needed
