We’ve already delivered a £45m pathfinder programme and are now scaling up to a £1.5bn initiative over the next decade. Job Overview As a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of our multi-disciplinary technical team, collaborating with engineering, delivery, PMO, and partnership teams to turn data into action. Your work will help us target interventions, measure impact, and drive decisions that protect our environment. You’ll Be Developing analytics products that enable stakeholders to act on key insights. Using data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in storm overflow reduction. Supporting strategy development, root cause analysis, and programme evaluation. Producing compelling visualisations and dashboards using tools like Power BI and ArcGIS. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to guide decision-making and highlight areas of focus. About You We’re looking for people who combine technical expertise with a passion for making a difference. Ideally, you’ll bring: Experience in data preparation and manipulation using tools such as Alteryx, Python, or R. Strong data visualisation skills and familiarity with Power BI and/or ArcGIS. A collaborative communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. A proactive mindset with a passion for environmental improvement and public value.
