We are seeking an experienced Plater Welder from a heavy engineering or industrial fabrication background to join our client in South Yorkshire. The Plater Welder role involves the fabrication, welding, and assembly of large, heavy-duty products used within a range of highly regulated industries. This position is ideal for an experienced plater fabricator who is comfortable working with thick materials, complex drawings, and demanding tolerances. Key Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and weld heavy steel components and structures Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and fabrication specifications Carry out plate preparation including marking out and cutting.
