Overview
Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT) Charity raises funds for the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's family of ten hospitals and community services, including Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, Manchester Royal Infirmary and Wythenshawe Hospital. We are looking for a talented, passionate and committed individual to serve as a giving or direct marketing specialist, capable of making an immediate and sustainable impact.
Working arrangements
We adopt a trust-based approach, providing flexible working patterns. Core hours are 10am – 4pm, with a minimum requirement of two days in the office weekly. Most of our team chooses a hybrid home/office basis.

Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of key aspects of the charity’s Individual Giving programme, supporting its strategic objectives. They will deliver supporter journeys and email marketing programmes to engage, retain and upgrade existing supporters, and will work with the Senior Manager for Individual Giving to deliver Direct Mail, Lottery and Legacy fundraising activity.
