Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accuracy Checking Technician/Dispenser at McCormick Pharmacy, located in Worthing. The primary responsibilities include preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately, ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations, conducting accuracy checks, and maintaining stock levels through effective inventory control. You will collaborate closely with other pharmacy staff, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to ensuring a safe and efficient pharmacy operation. Maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism is essential in this role.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Prescription preparation and handling knowledge of Pharmacy operations
* Certification or experience as a Pharmacy Technician
* Skills in Inventory Control and stock management
* Strong Customer Service and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to patient care and understanding of healthcare protocols
* Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulatory body is preferred
Must have experience using Proscript
