European Stock Management Program (ESMP) Analyst

Position Purpose
The European Stock Management Program (ESMP) Analyst plays a critical role in executing, monitoring, and improving the ESMP across EMEA. The role requires strong analytical skills, with expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and statistical methods. The ideal candidate has a background in economics, mathematics, or finance, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working across 22 countries in a diverse environment. Located in Chester, this role offers exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in defining the ESMP scope, data sources, and tolerances annually.
* Collect and review demand data to generate Validated Patients Demand (VPD).
* Define monthly allocations based on sales and VPD analysis.
* Lead monthly stakeholder meetings to assess and validate allocations.
* Coordinate SAP uploads with the O2C Master Data Team.
* Support O2C operational teams and handle escalations.
* Assist in applying the ESMP process to orders across EMEA.
* Prepare reports to evaluate ESMP effectiveness and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong analytical skills with large datasets and statistical analysis experience.
* Background in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields; recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to balance detailed analysis with high-level overview and articulate complex processes.
* Experience in O2C operations and understanding of FP&A.
* Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP Analysis for Office.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
* Experience with MS Access.
* Knowledge of statistical tools and methods.
* Experience working in multinational environments with diverse teams.
