IT Valley (London) Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage, maintain, and optimise our IT infrastructure and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, resolve technical issues, and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
· Configure, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business needs.
· Monitor and troubleshoot CRM issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless functionality.
· Implement upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
· Provide technical support to users for Dynamics CRM and other IT systems.
· Conduct training sessions to help users effectively utilise CRM features.
· Ensure data integrity within Dynamics CRM through regular backups, audits, and quality checks.
· Generate and analyse reports to support business decision-making.
· Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
· Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:
· Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
· Familiarity with CRM development, customisation, and integration.
· Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration.
· Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and CRM plugins/custom workflows.
· Understanding of IT security principles and practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions and Azure services.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
