Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced cleaner to join the team at Percy Hedley Horizons East as a Cleaning Supervisor. The successful candidate will carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. A keen attention to detail, strong communication skills and flexibility to cover additional shifts are required.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning of designated areas to the agreed specification and site instructions
* Emptying bins and ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly
* Attending to spillages promptly to prevent accidents and maintain safety
* Following H&S and COSHH regulations
* Using site‑specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals
* Proactively interacting with on‑site clients and customers, offering superb customer service
* Carrying out any reasonable management requests
Requirements
* Understanding of COSHH
* Good attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Flexibility to cover shifts as required
* Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* If you have worked or lived overseas for more than 3 months in the last 10 years, a police check from that country is required
