Our client a SME blue chip FMCG business is undergoing a major digital transformation programme to modernise its operations and supply chain capabilities and so a looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Lead to join them. As Process Lead for Product Lifecycle Lead, you will play a key role in delivering critical business requirements across a global enterprise resource planning implementation. You will act as the primary business contact and subject matter expert for product lifecycle management activities.
Your expertise will directly shape how product data, specifications and compliance processes are managed across the organisation, ensuring the new system delivers real value to the business and supports continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Partner with multiple stakeholders including system experts, regional operations and supply chain teams to define and document comprehensive product lifecycle management business requirements
* Lead the selection, documentation and communication of system capabilities and process improvements to align stakeholder expectations
* Manage product data governance, specification management and compliance processes throughout the implementation lifecycle
* Design and configure product lifecycle management processes within the new enterprise resource planning system and related platforms
* Identify key process changes, affected user groups and training requirements to support successful adoption
* Support the change management team to drive post-implementation performance and adoption across all user groups
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in product lifecycle management or product data management within fast-moving consumer goods or similar industries
* Proven experience delivering enterprise resource planning product lifecycle management implementation projects
* Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA planning modules, SAP transportation management system, SAP enterprise resource planning central component, Ariba and materials management systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple levels of the organisation
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
The salary bracket is from £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits
