Permanent Executive Assistant opportunity supporting the CEO of a well‑established international organisation operating across the insurance and technology markets.
* Hybrid working (23 days per week in the London office)

Key Skills
* Complex diary, inbox and international travel management
* Preparing Board‑level materials, reports and presentations
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Senior stakeholder coordination across global markets
Day‑to‑day Duties
* Provide full EA support to the CEO
* Coordinate meetings, calls, travel and events
* Prepare agendas, briefings, minutes and follow‑ups
* Act as the first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
* Support organisational projects and initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Experience
* 510 years experience supporting C‑Suite or Executive Committee leaders
* Experience within a non‑profit, membership body or similar organisation (highly desirable)
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally focused environment
