Account Executive Location: Sheffield (Hybrid working available) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm About Bank Park Bank Park is a fast-growing car park management business providing professional, compliant and customer-focused parking solutions across the UK. We work with a wide range of clients and partners, supporting them with high-quality account management, administration and customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sheffield-based team. The Role As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our client accounts and ensuring a smooth, professional service across the customer journey. Acting as a central point of contact between customers, account managers and internal teams, you will help manage enquiries, maintain accurate records and contribute to strong, long-term client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in account support, customer service or administration who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day customer and client enquiries in line with service level agreements Support Account Managers and Key Account Managers with account administration and client communications Process cancellations, exemptions, permit requests and other account-related administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Provide account cover and support during colleague absence Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution Contribute to reporting on account activity, service delivery and client satisfaction Skills & Experience Previous experience in an Account Executive, Customer Service, Client Support or Administrative role Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems Understanding of account management or sales support principles is advantageous Full UK driving licence (pool car available for business use) What We Offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Hybrid and flexible working options Pension scheme Corporate eye care Regular incentives and social events A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your career Equal Opportunities Bank Park is an equal opportunities employer.
